The Caterpillar Institute (Vic-Tas) Pty Ltd is a joint venture between Caterpillar,
the largest manufacturer of heavy equipment in the world, and William
Adams Pty Ltd the dealer for Caterpillar equipment here in Victoria and
Tasmania. In establishing the Caterpillar Institute both companies have
made a commitment to addressing the current skill shortage in these industries
and to provide a greater depth of learning than is currently available
to:

The Caterpillar Institute provides industry specific learning
programs using new and emerging technologies direct from Caterpillar with
immediate access to machines, components and simulators that will reinforce
learning. Our programmes are designed to provide learners with the ability
to add real value to employers in their current occupation as well as
opening up future career opportunities.
