Occupational Health & Safety Courses
Everyone in the workplace is responsible for the prevention of accidents and
incidents at work, and for protecting themselves and others against damage
to health and well being arising from their duties.
The Caterpillar Institute has a deep commitment to provide occupational
health and safety (OH&S) learning programs that are industry relevant. Our programs utilise machines,
equipment and a work environment to provide realistic accident scenarios
that employees could potentially have to deal with in their daily roles.
The programs provide individuals with the knowledge and skills that will
enhance the safety and well being of all employees that in turn has the
potential to improve productivity, decrease downtime, and reduce personnel
operating costs.
The programs can be delivered at the Caterpillar Institute in
Tullamarine, at any of our regional facilities, at the William Adams site
in Launceston or by prior arrangement on site. All programs can be tailored
to meet customer/job specific requirements.
