Management Courses
In addition to the much-needed technical skills, the Caterpillar Institute (Vic-Tas)
Pty Ltd also offers training courses and programs in leadership and management.
Training focuses on the competencies managers need to be successful
leaders and enhances skills in interpersonal communication, performance
management, group dynamics, team building, workplace ethics, negotiation
and collaboration. Management and leadership training is critical to successfully
leading a team in today’s workplace environment.
The programs can be delivered at the Caterpillar Institute in
Tullamarine, at any of our regional facilities, at the William Adams site
in Launceston or by prior arrangement on site. All programs can be tailored
to meet customer/job specific requirements.
